But free shipping in and of itself can be a draw\u2014shoppers routinely pick free shipping over fast shipping. If they can get their goods without having to pay any shipping costs, they\u2019ll be more forgiving of delays.<\/p>\n<p>The most straightforward tactic here is offering free eCommerce shipping across the board, but that might not be doable for all retailers, especially if you\u2019re shipping heavy products.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, you can determine your\u00a0free shipping threshold.
